Outlook 2002 and pab

Environment = Exchange Server & Office XP
Our office uses personal address books and not contacts.
If a user creates contacts how do they then access them
from within the personal address book; eg to add the
contact to a pab distribution list?

You can't. You can only go the other way, since PAB's have not been in use
for over 5 years now. To understand how the PAB and Outlook Contacts differ,
