Hi, I have a client using Outlook 2002. They have created a rule that sends
specific incoming messages to another person's Inbox. The other person has
shared their Inbox and the client has added it to her Folder list. She can
check at any time to see if her rule is functioning.
It will function correctly for approximately 1 month then will automatically
deactivate itself. If she goes to the rules folder and rechecks it, it will
function again for a little while. The client has not added other rules that
would affect the functioning of this rule.
Is there a "fix" for this or is it a known problem? If it is a known
problem, has it been corrected in Outlook 2003? The client is willing to
upgrade if so.
Thank you!
