Outlook 2002 and setting project email on server folders

We are running XP 2002 Office, using outlook for email. ISP provides email accounts. We have a email folder within each project folder and setup a new group in outlook to point the folder. This works fine until you try to save two emails with the same subject line.

Can you set outlook to look at time and date instead of subject line?
