Outlook 2002 and Up Stationery problems

Can any one help? I 've been trying to create stationery to use in Outlook to incorporate a company logo and a scanned signature without success. As alternative I create a stationery template in Outlook Express, then opened it in Outlook, unfortunately the logo gets tiled across the message. What am I doing wrong? I would really appreciate some advice
