Outlook 2002 asking for user information

Each time I select a web based email link Outlook asks that I fill in again
the customer information / key information screen. Does this mean that
Outlook is not correctly installed? I had to reinstall Windows 2000 server
recently due to instability, with Outlook already installed. Would this have
affected it.

I don't want to fill it in if this will reset my e-mail and contact details
in Outlook.

Can anyone offer a registry solution or any ideas why this is happening?
Outlook is my default email client.
