Outlook 2002 "auto-reply" Help Please!!

I've taken a look at solving this problem, but haven't been successful. It
seems that in my Outlook 2002 (xp), it sends an "auto-reply" message with no
content to all incoming emails. I've deleted all "rules", I'm not using a
microsoft exchange network. I've even upgraded my virus protection in case.
Anybody know what I can try to figure this out??

What exactly does the message contain? What for instance is the header info
and subject?
Also, did you ever before had a rule setup to auto reply?

The message doesn't have any content. The subject contains a "Re: (whatever
was in the original message)". From: "Auto-reply from (e-mail address removed)"
I've never set up a rule for an auto-reply - or not that I was aware of. I
set rules for a few junk mail senders, but that's it. Here's a copy of what
the auto-reply looks like:
