I have just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002 and installed SP3 on
top of that,
I am using an IMAP mail box in Outlook, in the old Outlook 2000, I had setup
a rule to match any messages to my contact book and turn them pink and bold
and put them in a 'Key Contacts' group.
In Outlook 2002, it informed me that the rule had been upgraded but every
message in the IMAP box is now pink and bold. I deleted the rule, nothing
changed.
I find that when I right-click and select 'Customise Current view' then
'Automatic Formatting', Outlook crashes.
I have tried deleting and re-creating the IMAP mail box, it returns with the
same settings.
Exception information:
Code: 0x000013c8 Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x00000000c0000005 Address: 0x0000000000000000
It then goes on to list the rest of the crash information which I have
submitted as an error report.
Hope someone can help me out here!
Thanks!
