Outlook 2002 Calendar Sharing

I am sharing a pst file between two users in a shared folder on the network
where both users have access on Windows XP. If either users tries to update a
calendar event, it does not show up on the calendar of the other person. I am
aware that only one user can view and edit the calendar at a time. Help!
