Outlook 2002, calendar

Hi All,

I am trying to set up our workstations to automatically
accept meeting and appointment requests, so that
meetings/appointments are placed into the individuals
calendar automatically without users having to
accept/decline the email request which is produced.

I have selected the check boxes in the resource scheduling
tab, calendar options. This does not appear to work as
expected though.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
