Outlook 2002 Calendar

I have a user who wants to be able to put all the
information about a particular meeting in the "Subject"
field of a new appointment. However, it appears there is
a limit to how many characters can be entered in the
subject field. Therefore, the user can only entered
limited data about a meeting.

Is there a way to increase this limit? Or, is there a way
to customize the calendar view to have all the data about
an appointment visible?

No, and no. You might suggest that the user try the Day/Week/Month with
AutoPreview view.
