Mr. Low
Hi,
My Outlook has a default archiving function that saves the mails at the
archive folder located at drive C. When the volume in this folder becomes too
big, the files can become corupted easily and it coould not be reteived. IT
also affects the normal functionality of the e-mail services.
I am thinking of saving it to network drive E. At present I can only do it
by opening the e-mail and save it one by one. It is a pretty slow process .
May I know if there is a faster way of doing this ?
Thanks
