Outlook 2002 can't send ssl messages & crashes

I use Vista

Outlook recently has been unable to send ssl messages, asks permission to
use a key, and crashes. I have tried repairing it, have chatted with my ISP
(the settings are correct: they used to work, anyway), and still doesn't work.

Any ideas?
