Ok I am having a weird stuff happen on one Laptop, the
laptop runs Windows XP, with Service Pack 1, Office XP
with Service Pack 2.
When the user launches Outlook, it changes the color
setting from True Color (32-bit) to 8 bit. Causing
everything to display wierd. It also changes to the
Classic Windows Theme. When you Exit Outlook 2002, it
changes the color setting back to True Color 32-bit and
the theme back to the Windows XP default theme.
Has anyone run into this issue? I can not seem to find
any display settings within outlook, is there a registery
entry I can look for that is causing this behavior?
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
