I am having trouble connecting a new computer with
outlook to an existing Exchange server post office. The
new computer can see the post office through the network
and all other network functions are working properly.
I also noticed that in previous versions of Outlook, you
could make the connection by using the "browse" tab next
to the black space to enter the path.
The path is entered entering "Mail" in control panel and
then going to the appropriate screen.
Since I cannot browse to find the post office, I have
entered the path many different ways and none seem to
work. All other computers on our LAN using previous
versions of outlook and exchange have used the path
\\james\wgpo successfully.
This is the exact same path when using Windows Explorer.
Any one have an answer?
