Outlook 2002 crash when open Hotmail messages

I have both POP3 and Hotmail accounts setup in Outlook 2002. When click the
subject to open message in any Hotmail folders, Outlook crashed. But it had
no problem to open message in POP3 folders.

Any suggestion to fix this problem?
