Outlook 2002 crashes with NTDLL.DLL???

With my Windows 2000 system, I've been getting occasional errors with Outlook 2002,
"Outlook has encountered an error and needs to close".

The latest crash happened when I tried to open an email with an attachment.

When I click the link for more details, it always specifies NTDLL.DLL as the problem.

HELP! This is really killing my day, I gotta tell you...!
