I have a user that is experiencing Outlook 2002 crashing every time she tries
to launch it. In the technical error report, it is referencing the file
outllib.dll. She is able to launch in safe mode, but not in regular mode. I
have run Microsoft Office XP Professional and asked it to repair anything
that it finds, but she is still experiencing this issue. Any ideas as to
what I can do to resolve this?
