Hi all,
This has only started happening over the last 3-4 months, never had the
problem previously and any attempts to 'repair' the installation or
reinstall Office has failed to fix this... which bizarre in and of itself.
The problem... sometimes I receive an email from someone, or open one of my
own emails, that had a JPEG file(s) attached. The email window freezes and
corrupts, while outlook itself keeps running. To clear this I have to close
Outlook, then terminate the Outlook process (yes it's still there even
though Outlook proper appears to close ok).
I can no longer touch an problem email without fear of Outlook crashing. I
have not found any solutions through the MS Knowledge base or extensive
searching.
Anyone know what this might be caused by and perhaps how to 'repair' what
has worked perfectly for more than 5 years.
