Outlook 2002 Crashing

Hello:

I have had a serious crashing issue with Outlook 2002.

The Program seems to be working fine but about 4 times a day the program has
a 'fatal error' and shuts down. When I look at the reason for the crash the
following report is generated:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.6838.0 ModName: oleaut32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset: 000048a4

I have reinstalled the program with no change.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks

OLEAUT32.DLL is a Windows DLL and reinstalling Outlok woul;dn't have much
effect on it. See if this helps:

Hello Brian:

I have tried your suggested solution two times and the problem is still
occuring. I am now receiving the following error message:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.6838.0 ModName: jscript.dll
ModVer: 5.8.6001.18702 Offset: 00025b24

in the 'more information' link when Outlook crashes. It now looks like the
jscript.dll is corrupt??? If you have any other suggestions I would be
greatly appreciative.
