Hi,
We used the Office 2002 Resource Kit to create a customized installation for
Office 2002 a long time ago (obviously). We notice that, when installed on a
PC, most of the time it will work as intended with Outlook 2002 where you
launch it and it automatically pre-populates the information for Exchange
server name and username. Sometimes though a newly deployed PC will come up
with the Outlook 2002 Startup window and the user will have to enter the
information manually. To resolve this we'll re-image the PC and then it will
usually work fine.
Does anyone have any information on why this would occur? Are there any
registry keys that we can compare to see if something just didn't get written
properly?
Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
