Outlook 2002 Debug error abnormal program termination

Hi folks!

I need some desperate urgent help.

I have Outlook 2002 off of Office Xp. There was a power failure last night,
and even though our USP kicked in and kept the computer going, this morning I
tried to open Outlook and got the following message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug error
Program: C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE
abnormal program termination

When I press "abort" or "retry" the program automatically shuts down but
when I press "Ignore" I get another error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error
Program: C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE
abnormal program termination

Is there anyone out there who ever got the same message and if so can they
please tell me how to solve this. I really need to have this done right away.
