Outlook 2002 debugger doesnt start

Last friday I installed Windows XP SP2. I am now unable to utilise th
debugger to debug vbs scripts for outlook forms.

I run the form and then choose Script Debugger. On the new machine I a
asked for the form password but then nothing happens. It appears tha
the JIT debugger cannot load.

I have VS2003 installed. This is unable to connect and debug the for
either.

I have done both operations on the same file on different machines.

ANY assistance would be appreciated
