Outlook 2002 displayes 2 mailboxes in folder list

I have two mailboxes - Mailbox and Outlook Today (personal folder)in my
folder list. I am trying to use only one. If I am backing up data, I need the
Outlook Today (personal folder). I cannot delete the Mailbox folder. Is there
a way to only have one folder that stores email and can back up too? This can
be confusing to have 2 of them. Thanks.

That's only one mailbox, not two. A Personal Folders file is not a mailbox.

What are you trying to back up? Your mail administrator should be backing up
your mailbox for you every day.
