Outlook 2002 doesn't retain connection settings

Hi there,

how do I get Outlook to 'remember' that I wan't it to connect using a modem
instead of LAN. I go through all of the dialogues pertaining to the 'All
accounts' group and switch the radio button to 'Use modem' and click Ok, Ok,
Close, Ok aso. but upon restart Outlook has switched back to using LAN.

I've even disabled the NIC in device manager, but to no avail

So what am I missing?!

Ok, I've figured it out.

The thing to do is to go to Control Panel->Email and make the change(s)
there, rather than doing it from within Outlook...
