Outlook 2002 duplicate send/receive using DUN

Just upgraded an outlook 2000 install to Outlook 2002. Now each time the user does an offiline send/receive via DUN once the connection ends Outlook launches DUN a 2nd time automatically

What settings should I be looking at to clear this odd behavior? User is using a notebook with XP Home
