When I start Outlook I used to be asked for my password for the exchange
server that I use. Now Outlook does not ask for a password and starts in
"Offline" mode. When I send received I get the following error message and
can not figure out how to correct the problem. I can access my Outlook
Exchange Server via the web but not from my desktop. Any assistance would be
greatly appreciated.

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server
is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'
