Outlook 2002 Error Messages in Contacts

I get the following error messages when I try to open a
contact in my address book.

Microsoft Forms: Could not load an object because it is
not available on this machine.

Script Error: Object doesn't support this property or
method 'pageSBE.DataGrid1' Line No:11

I have all the office updates installed. I'm can't find
anything in the knowledge base on this. Please help.
