Outlook 2002 error

"The properties dialbox could not be displayed. An Invalid
ENTRYID was passed in" The aforementioned error comes up
when I try to access my address book to get information
about someone that is listed. Any suggestion that you may
care to offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
