Outlook 2002 Error?

When I try to run outlook 2002 it will not start. I tried the "repair and
detect" with out any luck. I reinstalled Office Xp and still no luck. This
only happens in one Windows XP user, the other two users Outlook works OK.
The error message I get is bellow:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.2616.0 ModName: mso.dll

ModVer: 10.0.2625.0 Offset: 006d3fe5

Any Help?

I still have the samw problem. I loaded SP2 and I now get this error:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.4024.0 ModName: mso.dll
ModVer: 10.0.2625.0 Offset: 006d3fe5
