outlook 2002 errors and quits during calendar save

I'm running XP with Outlook 2002. Outlook itself appears
to be working OK.

When I go to Calendar and post a new appointment, you get
the form up for the update. Whenever I try to save and
close, I get an error that Outlook is experiencing a
problem and must shut down. DW kicks in to report the
error, and I get more info that it involves mso.dll,
version 10.0.3501.0, offset 000147db.

Any suggestions? I have downloaded and applied SP1 and
SP2 for office, but the error is consistant.

Any help or ideas is appreciated!
