Outlook 2002 Fatal Error

About 5 days ago I started getting the following message:

"Unable to complete the operation. A Fatal Error ocurred in Oulook"

For the last year plus I have been using Outlook 2002 w/out any problems.

Can someone suggest what may be happening?
