Outlook 2002 focus does not move to current when selecting calenday from folder list

When selecting Calendar or Contacts from folder list, the focus does not
change to the other new window but remains on the folder selected previously

Here was a previous response, but when searching for the "known Issue"
referenced nothing was found.
