Outlook 2002 Form development

I would like to convert numerous forms (user and HUD) forms to Outlook forms. They need to be filled (similiar to Word fillable forms) out on the computer. They will then be printed out in a regular document format given to the tenant and then emailed to another location. I would probably have to scan some forms (OCR) to accomplish total form management. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Any web sites that may address this specifically.

You might start at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm. However, Outlook forms with custom printing code would be a good solution only when you know all recipients are using Outlook and are willing to publish your custom form. I suspect that is not the case in your scenario, which might be better suited to a web application.
