I use Outlook 2002, Windows 2000, When I go to schedule a
meeting - all attendees schedules are blocked in blue if
they are busy. However, there are myself and two others
that I can actually see what their appointment is. I
would like to ensure that if anyone looks at my free/busy
time they see only if I am busy not what I am actually
doing. I have gone to Tools/Options/Calendar
Options/Planner Options - and there are no check marks in
any of the boxes.
