Outlook 2002 Holidays

I am trying to download Outlook 2002 holidays via KB910619. It says I heed
Office SP3 - I have. When I try to install it says Validation Required -
then it fails validation - I try to validate Office and it says validation
already done (which it is).
So, how do I get holidays to load please?

Thank you.
I could not get the MS method to work at all - there was always the
'validation problem' - but it gave me directions to KB910619. I downloaded
the add-in from a third party site and then loaded it as you suggested and
all is fine.
