Mr. Low
Dear MS Software Developers,
My post on this newsgroup entitled "Outlook 2002: How to keep the hyperlink
file folder from changing " dated 9/4/2007 refers.
So far I still have not receive a good solution to overcome this problem.
In view of this I would like to put forward a suggesttion for improving the
existing hyperlink function in oUtlook 2002 as follows:
1. Enabling the hyperlink folder to remain at the last file inserted instead
of allowing it to return to its default at C:/ My Documents. When the link
file changes to other directory or folder, the folder position will follow
and remain there until the next link inserted changes again. This feature
could save repeated task of navigating back from C:\My documents to the last
fiolder for dditional links insertion.
2. Allowing insetion of multiple links at one go by highlighting serveral
files in the folders. This feature is similar to opening of multiple file at
one go in Excel 2002 by highlighting the files to open before clicking open.
It could get as many hyperlinks inseted at one go withoput having to
navighate back to the same folder for inserting additional links.
I hope my suggestions is helpful for improving the existing Hyperlink
functionality in both Outlook 2002 E-mail Services as well as Excel 2002
Spreadsheet.
Thanks
Low Seng Kuang
