Outlook 2002 Import of Eudora mailbox screwed up

The import mail from Eudora in Outlook 2002 XP screws up Eudora messages
in at least 3 ways:

1) Plain text is converted to html
2) Send date is lost
3) Attachments are lost

Any idea on how to fix this?
