Outlook 2002 in Citrix issue

Hello,
I have a user who we are unable to get his mailbox open in Outlook 2002 from
one of our Citrix servers. He is the only one having this issue.

Outlook will only open up to a personal folder. I have tried running the
mail control panel applet and adding the user when logged in as him. It looks
correct but I can never get his mailbox to show up in Outlook. I went through
some technotes about resetting Outlook by changing some registry entries but
still no luck. I have deleted the user's profile and no luck.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
