Outlook 2002 in System Tray

Is there a way to leave Outlook 2002 open in the System Tray but otherwise
closed so that I can be notified of new email messages even though Outlook is
"closed"? Thanks, Mikey

Robert's answer fits your purpose, but don't be fooled into thinking that
Outlook is in any way "closed" just because it doesn't appear in the task
bar.
