The file filters.txt shows the automatic filters that are enabled when one turns on Junk E-mail Filtering. Making changes to the file does not affect the behavior, since it is just a readme type of file.
Where can one make changes to the default list of the junk e-mail filter listed, so Outlooks uses them. I am not referring to making new rules, just editing / creating a file that Outlook uses to perform the Junk E-Mail Filter.
The file is located on c:\program files\microsoft office\office 10\1033\filters.txt or
c:\program files\microsoft office\office 10\filters.txt or
c:\program files\microsoft office\office\filters.txt
