I am experiencing an issue where Outlook 2002 is sending multiple bad logon
attempts when a user only types in there password once and locks out the
user's account. My environment is Outlook 2002, Windows XP clients, Windows
2003 server and Exchange 2003, the user logs in as a generic user and then
logs into Outlook as another user specific to them. Any insight as to how to
correct this problem would be extremely helpful as we aren't able to increase
the lock out threshold due to our security and audit departments nor are we
able to change the view users log on. Thanks!
