Outlook 2002 menus are transparent

We just started upgrading our desktops to Office XP from Office 2000. When
users use Outllook on these PC's that have XP Professional installed and
click on File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Actions or Help the menu is
transparent most of the time. Can anyone tell me if there is a solution to
this problem?
