Outlook 2002 - Moving files - keep getting errors

I have Outlook 2002 installed on an existing PC.
The PST files reside on a Quantum SNAP server (a NAS
device)connected via 100MB ethernet
Everything works fine.

I am upgrading the PC and the NAS device
I wanted to move the file from the existing NAS (Snap) to
the new NAS device and then connect the PST file in the
new location to a new copy of Outlook 2002 on the new PC.

I tried exporting and then just copying the files and
with both methods I get a message saying that ' Errors
have been detected in the file' Quit all email programs
and run the repair.

Anyone have any ideas? The PST file size is about
326,320 KB
