Mr. Low
Dear Sir,
Thank you for MS Outlook 2002 e-mail services.
At present the user can only insert one hyperlink at a time, after that the
cursor would return to the default folder.
If the user need to insert another hyper link in the same e-mail, he would
need to repeat the file searching process through the directories all over
again.
This is a tedious and time consuming task.
In order to overcome this problem, I would like to suggest to MS for
enabling multiple insetiions of hyperlink at one go. This could be done
perhaps by left click and right clink to select all the files desired. By
this way, the users could save a lot of time and effort.
Please ignore my suggestion if this features already been adopted in the
later versions of Outlook.
I hope my suggestion helps.
Thanks
Low
