Outlook 2002, Network users unable to print/reply to mail.

Since upgrading to Office XP, network users occasionally
are unable to reply to messages or print - the tool bar is
grayed out. They have to close and re-open the mail or
minimize/restore the window until the tool bar becomes
available. Anyone evercome across this????
