outlook 2002 (Office XP Pro) : can't delete or move mails any more

outlook 2002 (Office XP Pro) 10.4712.4219 SP2

Every thing was working fine until this morning.
Outlook started to download mails and then stopped.

"User interface has encountered an unknown error. All
task are stopped. Restart Outlook if problem still exist"

This message ontop is exact translation of french message.

I can't delete move or export any mails. I can only read
and write and send . I can't receive mails any more.

This is for professional use and is very penalizing for
me.

Help !!!

PS : I could'nt get any french support so I hope somebody

Do you have McAfee Antivirus installed on this machine? Have you contacted
your ISP to see if they have changed any settings?
