Outlook 2002 only recieving some emails

I just installed Outlook 2002 (had Outlook Express) the
problem is that only sometimes does my computer forward
them to Outlook. It appears to be random. Any ideas?

Try the following:

1. Start Outlook 2002.
2. On the "Tools" menu, point to "Send/Receive Settings", and then
click "Define Send/Receive Groups".
3. Under the "When Outlook is Online" area, click to select the
"Schedule an automatic send/receive every <x> minutes" check box, where
<x> is the number of minutes that Microsoft Outlook waits to do a
background send or receive when you start the program.
4. Click "Close", and then restart Outlook 2002.
