Outlook 2002 open at Windows XP startup

Does anyone have an idea ???

After the login sequence .... Outlook is starting
automaticly, and an error message appear saying that
Outlook will be restarted ... and asking to send the
information to Microsoft !!!

Nothing in my Startup folder ... nothing in MSconfig ...

I don't know where to look. Is there any option in
Outlook ?? In there a registry key ??
