I just installed Office XP Pro which included Outlook 2002. All other
programs (Word, Excel, PP, and Access) work fine. When I open Outlook, I
first get a "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the
item. Try again". It then asks if I want to open the default file system. I
do so. Then I get "Unable to start processing services. Could not open the
item. Try again". Outlook is then open, but the toolbars are not Outlook! I
was thinking when I first opened Outlook it would ask me to set up an e-mail
account, but it does this crazy stuff. Or, I would manually do it. But the
tools selections are like in My Computer, not Outlook. HELP!
