Outlook 2002 / Outlook express migrate??

I have been using outlook express for a longtime and now I have a ipaq and
have outlook 2002 on it. I installed 2002 outlook on my pc and now but did
not know if I should have installed outlook 2003 on the pc or if it has to be
the same as on the Ipaq. I did the migrate for outlook express to outlook
2002, but it did not move all my folders over and folder rules so e-mails
goto their own folders. How do I migrate it so I get all rules and
accounts/contacts over?

I believe if you Export your mail from OE to OL rather than import the
structure should be intact.
You can in, OL Import accounts and I believe rules also.
I cannot answere as to whether the ipaq OL version should be the same, I
suspect yes.
OL2003 unicode pst cannot be opened by OL2002 or earlier
